Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even after an order has been placed. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Klarna, Shop Pay, and Shop Pay Installments.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or where the billing and shipping addresses do not match.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be edited or cancelled. We begin processing orders immediately to ensure the fastest possible fulfillment. Please review your cart carefully before completing checkout.

We currently ship to residential addresses in the United States and Canada only. Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing and an additional 2–5 business days for delivery.

Vyntigecrew is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Due to Canadian import regulations, certain items may be restricted from shipping to Canada. If an item in your cart cannot be shipped to your address, you will be notified at checkout.

Returns are accepted on eligible items within 20 days of purchase. Refunds are issued as Vyntigecrew online store credit only, minus original shipping costs and a restocking fee of $8 or 15% of the order total (whichever is greater). We do not offer direct exchanges or refunds to the original payment method.

Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging to qualify.
