Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During high-volume periods such as sales, new drops, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and will always communicate any significant delays via email.
Once your order has been processed and handed off to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total, destination, and selected shipping speed. The following rate structure applies:

These are estimates only. Vyntigecrew is not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $150 or more (before taxes). Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout when your order meets the threshold — no code needed.
Free shipping applies to standard delivery only and is not available on expedited orders. Original shipping charges are non-refundable in the event of a return.
We ship via multiple carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used for your order will be determined at the time of fulfillment based on your location, order size, and selected shipping speed.
Your shipping confirmation email will identify your carrier and include a tracking link so you can follow your package in real time.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the confirmation email.

We currently ship to residential addresses in the United States and Canada. Shipping rates to Canada are carrier-calculated at checkout.
Please be aware of the following for Canadian orders:
- Due to Canadian import regulations, certain items may be restricted and cannot be shipped to a Canadian address. You will be notified at checkout if any items in your cart are restricted.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees assessed by Canadian customs. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected separately by the carrier or customs authority.
- Delivery times to Canada may be longer than U.S. estimates due to customs processing.
We are not responsible for delays or fees incurred during the customs process.
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check around your property and with neighbors
- Contact your local post office or carrier directly with your tracking number
- Wait 24–48 hours as packages are sometimes marked delivered prematurely
If your package is confirmed lost or arrives damaged, please email us at vyntigecrew@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with you to find a resolution.
Vyntigecrew is not liable for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
Please double-check your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. As noted in our Return Policy, we begin processing orders immediately and are typically unable to make address changes after an order is placed.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
