Refund policy
If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer returns on select merchandise within 20 days of your purchase date. Refunds are issued as VyntigeCrew online store credit, associated with the email address used on your order, excluding original shipping costs. A restocking fee of $8 or 15% of the order total (whichever is greater) will be deducted from your store credit amount.
If 20 days have passed since your purchase date, we are unable to offer a refund or store credit of any kind.
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color, we recommend returning your original item and placing a new order using the store credit added to your account once your return is processed and approved.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In the same condition as when you received it
- In its original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:
- Sale items
- Clearance items
Please do not send these items back to us. They will not be processed.
To initiate a return, email us at vyntigecrew@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return before sending anything back. Do not mail items without prior confirmation.

Please do not send your purchase back to the original manufacturer.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be included in your store credit.
The restocking fee of $8 or 15% of the order total (whichever is greater) will be deducted from your store credit at the time your return is processed — it is not an additional out-of-pocket charge.
For higher-value items, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Vyntigecrew is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or not received.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt and notifying you whether your return has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your store credit will be applied to the email address associated with your order within a few business days. You will receive a confirmation email when it is ready to use.
If you have not received your store credit after receiving an approval email, please try the following steps:
- Check the email inbox associated with your order — including spam and promotions folders.
- Allow 3–5 business days from your approval email, as processing may take a few days on our end.
- If it has been more than 5 business days and you still have not received your credit, contact us directly at vyntigecrew@gmail.com.
If an item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit in the value of the return. A gift credit confirmation will be sent to your email once the return is received and approved.
If the item was not marked as a gift at purchase, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves first, the store credit will be issued to the original purchaser's account.
