What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Klarna, Shop Pay, and Shop Pay Installments so you can pay in whatever way works best for you.
When will I receive my order?
Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing, plus an additional 2–5 business days for shipping. Total estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days from the date of purchase.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Do you ship outside the United States?
I live in Canada — why won't my order process?
When will out-of-stock items be restocked?
Our inventory is updated regularly, and products are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Select items may offer a restock notification option on the product page — sign up to be the first to know when your size or style is back.
Changed your mind? Can you get a refund or exchange for a different size or color?
If you're not satisfied with your order, we offer returns on select merchandise within 20 days of your purchase date. Refunds are issued as Vyntigecrew online store credit and exclude original shipping costs.
A restocking fee of $8 or 15% of the order total, whichever is greater, applies. Please review our full return policy for complete details.
Can I switch an item or cancel my order before it ships?
No. Once an order is placed, we are unable to edit or cancel it. We begin processing orders immediately to ensure the fastest shipping possible, so please review your cart carefully before checking out.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
No. To get your order out as fast as possible, we begin processing it immediately after it's confirmed in our system. Because of this, we are typically unable to make address changes. Please double-check that your shipping address is correct during checkout before placing your order.
Why do my billing and shipping address have to match?
We require matching billing and shipping addresses as an added layer of protection against credit card fraud. This helps keep every transaction — and every customer — secure.
